POPI ACT MANUAL

All personnel of the company will adhere to this manual.

1.    Protection of Personal Information:

No personal information of any client or supplier of this company will be disclosed to any third party without the consent of the client or supplier first had and obtained.

2.    Government:

Under certain circumstances, such as in SARS enquiries, SAPD investigations, company audits by the CIPC or other authority who is entitled to information, the company will provide the information as it has a legal duty to do so.

3.    Consent:

Under all circumstances a client and/or supplier must be informed of his right to protection of personal information and it may only be disclosed with consent.   The draft consent form must be used where required.

4.    Principle:

The principle at the company is that it does not disclose any information of any client or of any supplier of this company.
