Shipping Policy
 

1.         Purpose

The main purpose of our Shipping Policy is to set out terms or clarify how orders are shipped to our clients.

 

2.         Scope

This document applies to any customer that makes a purchase at:

any of our multi vendors e-commerce websites.          

3.         Shipping Options
 

We offer our customers standard shipping options, in rare cases we have changed from standard to overnight to accommodate client expectations.

 

4.         Shipping/ Delivery Cost
 

Since we are partnered with different courier / shipping companies our shipping and courier costs are not included in the individual asking price of the products.

The shipping and delivery cost could differ since due to courier, distance (to final delivery address), size and weight of the specific product may vary. 

 

5.         Order Processing Time
 

5.1         All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched within 24 hours as soon as the payment reflects on our banking account. 

5.2         Any order placed after 2pm will only be processed the next business day once the payment reflects on our banking account.

5.3         Orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will only be processed once payment reflects on our banking account and will be processed and dispatched on the Monday or the next business day. 

 

6.         International Orders
 

6.1         Depending on where you live, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. 

6.2         You, as the customer, are responsible for paying import duties and taxes.

6.3         Please check with your local customs office before placing an order on the websites as these fees are additional.

 

7.          Tracking Orders
 

7.1         Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we will send the customer a confirmation email with the specific tracking information or waybill.

7.2         The customer will be able to track there package directly on the carrier’s website. 

 

8.          Changing Delivery Addresses
 

8.1         Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once the order has been processed. 

8.2         Ensure that the shipping or delivery addresses are correct when you place the order.
