POLICY: REFUNDS AND RETURNS
 

  1. Purpose

Every customer has the right to return or ask for a refund. If the customer is not happy with their purchase, they have the wright to either return their purchase or ask for a refund.

 

2.   Prerequisites

     

 Any customer that purchases a product from Select Automation (Pty) Ltd is eligible for a refund or return. 

 Provided that the client returns the product within seven (7) calendar days of receiving their purchase. 

 

Select Automation (Pty) Ltd has the right to refuse returns or refunds if these conditions are not met. 

 

3.  Returns


 All returns will be met with the following conditions: 

Seven (7) days from receival of their purchase. 
For a return to be eligible, the product must be in the same condition that it was received and undamaged in any way. 
The product or item must be returned new, unused and with the original packaging.
The original proof of purchase (receipts) must be included with the return.


4. Refunds


All refunds will only be possible if:

Once the product is received, Select Automation (Pty) Ltd will inspect the product.
Select Automation (Pty) Ltd will also inspect that the original paperwork is included.
If the return is approved, Select Automation (Pty) Ltd will initiate a refund. (Refunds will be met as per the original payment method unless otherwise stated). 
 

5. Shipping (online customers only)

Refer to our Shipping Fee Policy POL 035.

The client is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the products. 
Shipping fees are non – refundable.
If under any circumstance or prior arrangement (written) that Select Automation  (Pty) Ltd willfully agreed to pay for the shipping of the returned product, the cost of the ‘return shipping’ will be deducted from the refund.
