HD74S175P D Flip-Flop 4 Func Positive edge triggered
Description:
- The HD74S175P is made up of four independent, positive-edge-triggered flip-flops.
- Each flip-flop has four inputs: data (D), clock (CLK), preset (PRE), and clear (CLR).
- The data at the D input is sent to the Q output on the clock pulse's rising edge.
- The preset and clear inputs are asynchronous, allowing you to set or reset the flip-flop independently of the clock.
Electrical Characteristics:
- Supply Voltage (Vcc): 5V ±10%.
- Input High Voltage (VIH): 2.0V minimum.
- Input Low Voltage (VIL): 0.8V maximum.
- Output High Voltage (VOH): 2.7V minimum at IOH = -0.4mA.
- Output Low Voltage (VOL): 0.5V maximum at IOL = 8mA.
- Operating Current (ICC): 30mA typical.
- Timing Characteristics:
- Propagation Delay (tPLH/tPHL): 20ns typical.
- Clock Frequency: Up to 35 MHz.
