The LM3146N is a high-voltage transistor array developed by National Semiconductor (now part of Texas Instruments). It integrates five general-purpose NPN transistors on a single monolithic substrate, with two of them internally connected as a differential pair. This configuration makes it ideal for analog signal processing tasks across a wide frequency range—from DC up to VHF.
