Compared to the basic Nextion displays, the upgraded versions contain certain extra features, such as built-in RTC support, data saving to Flash, GPIO compatibility, bigger flash capacity, and a faster CPU clock.
Nextion is a human-machine interface (HMI) system that combines an onboard CPU and memory touch display with Nextion editing software to create HMI GUI projects.
