RF1001 Fast Recovery Diode
Description:
The RF1001 T2D is a fast recovery diode manufactured by ROHM, designed for high-frequency rectification applications. Built using silicon epitaxial planar construction, it offers ultra-low forward voltage drop and very fast recovery characteristics, making it ideal for minimizing switching losses in power conversion circuits. Housed in a TO-220FN package, this diode is configured as a cathode-common type and is suitable for leaded mounting styles. Although it's not recommended for new designs, it remains a reliable choice for existing systems requiring efficient and rapid switching performance.
