ULN2003A Seven Darlington Array
Description:
- The ULN2003A consists of seven NPN Darlington pairs with high-voltage outputs and common-cathode clamp diodes for switching inductive loads.
- Each Darlington pair can drive up to 500mA at 50V, making it ideal for a variety of relay, light, and stepper motor driving applications.

- Output Current (I\_C): 500mA per channel (continuous).
- Peak Output Current: 600mA (maximum).
- Output Voltage (V\_CE): 50V maximum.
- Input Voltage (V\_BE): 30V maximum.
